Auto Policy Coverages

LIABILITY (Mandatory)

Covers you if you cause injuries or damages while driving your car, or anyone is driving with your permission. Minimal Limits cover up to $25,000 per person and up to $50,000 per accident.

UNINSURED/UNDERINSURED MOTORISTS (“UM”)

When an uninsured, unknown or under-insured motorist causes your household member a loss, you have insured them with your UM coverage and can claim against it. And no, it does not raise your rates or get you canceled to do so. Amazingly to many, this also covers your household members if they are pedestrians and the victim of a hit-and-run. It also covers your household member if they are riding with someone else who is uninsured or under-insured.

LIMITS OF COVERAGES:

  • 25/50 Limits cover up to $25,000 per person and up to $50,000 per accident.
  • 50/100 Limits cover up to $50,000 per person and up to $100,000 per accident.
  • 100/300 Limits cover up to $100,000 per person and up to $300,000 per accident.
  • 250/500 Limits cover up to $250,000 per person and up to $500,000 per accident.
  • UMBRELLA Available from 1 million on up.

MEDICAL PAYMENTS

Provides reimbursement for medical expenses for injuries to you, or your passengers, or medical providers regardless of fault.

COLLISION

This optional coverage covers damage to your car resulting from a collision with another vehicle or other object.

COMPREHENSIVE

Covers theft, vandalism, and damage caused by virtually any non-collision losses including flood, fire, hail, tornadoes, or falling tree limbs.

Please do not wait until you are laid up with injuries to take a hard look at your auto policy or to talk with your agent.
